These terms govern your use of Dialogue AI. Please read them carefully before opening a conversation with any companion.
Acceptance of these terms
By using Dialogue AI you agree to these terms in full. If you do not accept them, please stop using the service.
Age requirement
You confirm that you are at least eighteen years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
Nature of the service
Dialogue AI provides entertainment conversations with fictional written characters. No companion is a real person.
No professional advice
Nothing said by a companion is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and it must not be treated as such.
Account registration
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
One account per person
Accounts are personal. Sharing, selling or transferring an account to another individual is not permitted.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Dialogue AI for unlawful activity, harassment, spam or any attempt to harm other members.
Prohibited content
Do not submit content involving minors, real-world threats, hate speech, or material that violates the rights of others.
Automated access
Scraping, crawling, bulk downloading or using bots against Dialogue AI without written permission is prohibited.
Reverse engineering
You may not decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying models or source of the service.
Intellectual property
All text, imagery, characters, branding and code on Dialogue AI remain the property of Dialogue AI or its licensors.
Limited licence
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own private enjoyment.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you write and grant us a limited licence to process it in order to operate the service.
Content moderation
We may review, restrict or remove content that breaches these terms or applicable law.
Free and paid features
Some features are free and others may require payment. Pricing is shown before any charge is made.
Billing and renewals
Where a subscription exists it renews automatically until cancelled, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Refund policy
Refunds are handled in line with the consumer law of your country and any refund terms shown at the point of purchase.
Third-party services
The service may rely on external providers whose own terms apply to the parts they supply.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and maintenance may cause downtime.
Changes to the service
Features may be added, altered or withdrawn as Dialogue AI develops, without prior individual notice.
Accuracy of replies
Generated messages can be inaccurate or inconsistent. You should not rely on them for factual decisions.
Emotional wellbeing
Dialogue AI is not a crisis service. If you are in distress, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or presents a risk to the service or other members.
Ending your use
You may stop using Dialogue AI and request account closure at any time.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dialogue AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Indemnity
You agree to cover reasonable losses we incur due to your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.
Privacy
Use of Dialogue AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of establishment of Dialogue AI, without regard to conflict rules.
Updates to the terms
Revised terms are published on this page. Continuing to use the service after publication means you accept them.
